• We ship by United Parcel Service (UPS) to the 50 United States of America only.
  • Packages are shipped in accordance with UPS policies; we will not accept requests for exceptions to these policies.
  • Shipments require delivery confirmation and orders with a value of $1,000 or more are shipped with an "Adult (age 21) Signature Required" for delivery.
• We strive to ship most orders on the same or next business day when they are placed by 2:00 PM, Monday thru Friday.
• UPS picks-up and delivers on most business days.

• All orders are subject to verification before shipping.
• We ship to USA street addresses that the cardholder’s issuing bank verifies as "authorized”.
• If requesting a shipping address different from the credit card billing address, the cardholder should pre-arrange with their issuing bank to include this address as "authorized” by the cardholder.
• We do not ship to PO or APO boxes, UPS Stores, or other similar non-street addresses.
• We do not ship to hotels or hospitals.
• Allow additional time for verification on all orders.
• Out-of-stock products on an order are usually backordered.
• Products that are out-of-stock are usually backordered and shipped separately from in-stock items, as they become available, by UPS Ground (to the 48 lower states) at no additional shipping charge.
• Backordered products shipped to Alaska or Hawaii are usually cancelled if the original order is not shipped complete.
• We may ship out-of-stock products directly from the manufacturer or distributor to expedite your order.
• Customers may place a separate order for out-of-stock products to be shipped as available using any of the offered shipping methods and their respective rates.
• We do not charge for out-of-stock (backordered) products until we ship them.
• Backordered products may be cancelled prior to shipping by either the customer or Canoga Camera.
