Litediscs Every photographer needs a few go-to players, versatile equipment pieces that you always have with you and you know would not let you down. Litediscs are very high on a short list of almost every photographer we know.
Flat-guaranteed Reflectors must be flat, not twisted. Since light reflects off an object at an angle equal to which it hits, a flat Litedisc reflects light evenly; a bent one does not. This is why all our Litediscs are "flat-guaranteed". If it's not flat, it's not right, and we will replace it guaranteed.
Double-laminated High-quality fabric and efficient reflection is important. Until 1995, our gold and silver Litedisc surfaces were laminated with the thickest single coat of metallic foil in the industry, setting the highest standard in reflectors. We found that by double laminating the fabric, we could extend its life by more than 150 %. So we did. Now our Litediscs are double-laminated, and carry a five year warranty, putting us ahead of the competition.
White Produces a natural true-to-life effect. Great for filling in the shodows and brightening up the subject.
Silver Increases specular highlights and yields a high-contrast image. Perfect for video, product shots and Black and White photography.
